We Moved Delegates for the Singapore Convention on Mediation

The brief

An official programme like the Singapore Convention on Mediation brings delegations who move on a fixed agenda between their hotel, programme venues and evening engagements. The transport has to be uniform, punctual and ready the moment each delegation is.

What we ran

We put more than 40 black Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedans on the road for the programme and ran them over 8 days. By day the fleet was staged in a hotel driveway, ready for departures; at night the cars lined up in the CBD, around the Fullerton area, for evening movements.

A uniform fleet of identical sedans matters at an official event: delegations are treated alike, cars are easy to recognise at a busy driveway, and any car can step in for another if a schedule shifts.
